Maintenance Assistant & Groundskeeper

Join our team at Oxford Court in Beaver Creek! We are looking for a self-motivated on-site Maintenance Assistant & Groundskeeper to join our team! This role will involve basic maintenance tasks, landscaping, snow clearing, and some houseperson tasks. The ideal candidate will have an interest in indoor and outdoor maintenance and gardening. If you enjoy working independently, solving problems, are highly organized and detail-oriented, we would love to meet you! 

Duties:

• Maintain common areas of Oxford Court, a 5-story residential building, including garage, game room, fitness room, hallways, 2 bathrooms, elevators, entrance, lobby, and front office.
• Plant and maintain flowers and landscaping during spring, summer, and fall
• Assist with snow removal of driveway and sidewalks in winter
• Clean outdoor furniture, pool, hot tub, garage, and grounds; 
• Cover and uncover pool and hot tub in the winter
• Assist on-site building engineer with light maintenance projects

Location: Oxford Court - Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time Year-Round preferred, Part Time or Part Time Seasonal for the right candidate

Pay Rate: $22.00 / hour plus $1,500 bonus (50% after 3 month; 50% after 6 months)

Schedule: 32-40 hours per week. Flexible hours. Must be available to work Sundays and Mondays  

• Local housing required. Must live within commuting distance of Beaver Creek.
• Spoken English required
• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States required
• Able to follow direction and check off to do lists; Provide exceptional service to Owners and Guests
• Must have great work ethic; Must be proactive, outgoing, and able to work independently
• Must maintain a professional appearance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; Able to work outside in all weather conditions;
