Accounts Payable Staff Accountant

Step into the heart of our finance team as an Accounts Payable Staff Accountant with East West Hospitality! In this vital role, you’ll keep our financial operations running seamlessly by processing invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments with accuracy and efficiency. Your sharp eye for detail and strong organizational skills will help ensure everything balances, deadlines are met, and our finance department operates at its best—all while supporting the company’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Process invoices, employee expense reports, and vendor payments with accuracy and timeliness.

• Reconcile accounts payable records and vendor statements, supporting month- and year-end close.

• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, inquiries, and maintain positive relationships.

• Generate reports, maintain organized records, and ensure compliance with policies and accounting standards.

• Contribute to East West Hospitality's collaborative, values-driven culture while adapting to evolving business needs.

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $26 - $29/hour 

Schedule: 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday

You bring a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field along with your experience in accounts payable or general accounting, with solid skills in Excel and accounting software. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities allow you to work seamlessly with vendors, teammates, and management alike. Above all, you’re a team player who values collaboration, adapts quickly to shifting priorities, and takes pride in contributing to a positive and trustworthy work culture.
