Advanced Level Maintenance Engineer - The Charter
Join the Engineering Team at The Charter in Beaver Creek, a premier mountain property located steps from one of Colorado’s most recognized ski destinations. We're looking for a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys solving complex facility challenges, supporting building operations, and helping maintain exceptional standards throughout the property. Duties Include:
- Monitor, inspect, and maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, life-safety, and utility equipment to ensure reliable operation.
- Perform preventive maintenance and complete repairs in guest accommodations, common areas, pools, fire systems, refrigeration equipment, audiovisual systems, and food service facilities.
- Diagnose equipment issues, investigate root causes of failures, and determine effective repair or replacement solutions using technical knowledge and available resources.
- Respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners, and team members while supporting ongoing property improvement projects and asset preservation efforts.
- Maintain organized workspaces, assist with maintenance tracking software, support project documentation, and communicate updates with department leaders, vendors, and fellow engineering team members.
