Step into a key support role with East West Hospitality as our Assistant Director of Association Administration, helping shape the operational backbone of our homeowner associations across premier resort destinations including the Vail Valley, Snowmass, Utah, Tahoe, and South Carolina. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our associations run smoothly, transparently, and in full alignment with governing documents and applicable state requirements.
This highly organized, detail-driven role is at the center of association governance—supporting Board and Member meetings, capturing accurate meeting minutes, coordinating annual meeting and election processes, and maintaining critical Association records. You’ll also serve as a key resource for Vantaca (and future HOAi technology platforms), helping ensure systems are effectively utilized and consistently supported across communities.

This role is remote; however, due to operational and compliance requirements, employment is limited to individuals who permanently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, SC, TX, or UT.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee HOA governance operations across premier resort communities, ensuring consistency, compliance, and procedural alignment
- Lead Board and Member meeting execution, including agendas, official minutes, elections, and annual governance processes
- Serve as a key advisor to HOA Boards and leadership teams on governing documents, procedural interpretation, and compliance requirements
- Ensure accurate Association records, regulatory filings, and effective governance systems that support operational integrity
- Drive standardization of governance practices, templates, and workflows while supporting owner communications and strategic HOA initiatives
Location: Remote
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, DOE

Our ideal candidate must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis with no fixed end date. This role is remote; however, due to operational and compliance requirements, employment is limited to individuals who permanently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, SC, TX, or UT. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with at least two years of experience in an HOA, property management, or administrative support role.
The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, clear and professional communication skills, and a genuine interest in learning and applying HOA governing statutes across multiple states, including the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act and California’s Davis-Stirling Act.
