The Wren is looking for a responsible Assistant General Manager to join their dynamic team in Vail, CO.  The position is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the Front Desk staff and Reservations.  Must be able to exceed guest expectations and satisfaction at the resort by providing excellent customer service for guests and owners. Additional duties include, but not limited to, being the Manager on Call as needed, perform rental income for month end; post advance deposits, travel agent and wholesale check; oversee the activities/concierge duties at the resort. Also responsible for evaluating, hiring, training, and termination of all Front Desk employees. Able to handle any inquiries, problems, and service at any time.

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Schedule: Varies, but ideally Tuesday - Saturday

Base pay: $50K annually DOE.

Minimum Requirements

At least 2 years if Hotel / Hospitality management. Valid Drivers License, Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Basic accounting skills.
