Assistant Property Manager - Upper Village

Duties Include:
- Support daily property, association, rental, and homecare operations while assisting the Property Manager with owner, guest, and operational needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to guest and owner requests, coordinating solutions, and acting as a liaison between departments including Front Desk, Engineering, Housekeeping, and Management.
- Assist with home inspections, maintenance coordination, work orders, vendor communication, and follow-up to help ensure properties are well maintained and issues are resolved efficiently.
- Monitor reservations, arrivals/departures, occupancy, housekeeping status, and owner services to support smooth day-to-day operations and guest experiences.
- Maintain knowledge of property systems, reservation procedures, safety protocols, and security/access processes, including creating unit or common area access codes when needed.
- Communicate daily updates, service needs, operational issues, and follow-up items clearly and professionally with team members, leadership, guests, and homeowners.

Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $24 - $25 / hour depending on experience
Schedule: Full time hours flexible based on business needs; weekends and holidays required.

Our ideal candidate is at least 18 years of age and brings previous hospitality, property management, front desk, or guest services experience along with strong customer service and communication skills. They are organized, detail-oriented, professional, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems effectively, and build positive relationships with owners, guests, vendors, and team members. Experience with inspections, maintenance coordination, vendor management, and enforcing association standards is highly valued, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. Candidates must also be legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without a specific end date.
