Assistant Property Manager - Waterfront

The Assistant Property Manager at Waterfront gains hands-on exposure to HOA governance, board operations, resident relations, compliance, and vendor coordination, with direct mentorship from senior property management professionals. This position offers a clear development path into Community Manager or Property Manager roles within a stable, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a high-touch resident experience by supporting daily communication, onboarding, and service requests
- Assist with homeowner onboarding, welcome materials, and system setup in BuildingLink and Vantaca
- Prepare and distribute official association communications, notices, and newsletters
- Track and support violations, Architectural Review Board (ARB) requests, and resident correspondence in accordance with association procedures
- Maintain accurate and compliant resident, vendor, and access-control records
- Enter, track, and follow up on work orders and maintenance requests, ensuring proper documentation and closure
- Coordinate vendors, inspections, and required compliance testing
- Assist with administrative preparation for Board meetings and annual meetings, including agendas, packets, minutes support, and follow-ups
- Support calendar management, inspections, and preventive maintenance schedules
- Provide afternoon coverage and assist with administrative or compliance-related special projects as assigned

Employment Status: Part Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $23 - $25 DOE
Closing Date: 01/31/2026 or until filled
Schedule: Flexible M-F 12pm-5pm
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, or residential operations
- Demonstrated interest in or exposure to property management and HOA operations
- Experience with resident communication platforms such as BuildingLink and Vantaca is a plus
- Strong administrative, data entry, and recordkeeping skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage calendars, documents, and compliance tracking effectively
- Comfort working with vendors, contracts, and association documentation in a professional setting
