Banquet and Restaurant Supervisor - Charter Steakhouse

As a Restaurant & Banquet Supervisor at Charter Steakhouseyou lead the execution of memorable events—from elegant weddings to group functions—while also playing a key role in the day-to-day restaurant operation. You’ll shift seamlessly between orchestrating banquets and supporting restaurant service, leading teams, collaborating across departments, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects exceptional hospitality. Duties Include:

  • Lead execution of all banquet and catered events from setup through breakdown, serving as on-site operational lead to ensure service standards and guest satisfaction
  • Review BEOs and coordinate event logistics including staffing, timelines, vendor coordination, and service flow
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings, direct teams during events, and manage real-time problem solving and adjustments
  • Build schedules, train, coach, and supervise banquet staff while monitoring labor and supporting financial targets
  • Track post-event financials and billable items, support payroll/admin reporting, and identify upsell and revenue opportunities

Pay Range: $19 - $22/hr

Schedule: Must be able to work a flexible schedule that will include evenings, weekends, holidays and traditional workdays.

The ideal candidate is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date, and is at least 21 years of age. With 3+ years of high-volume food & beverage or banquet experience, with prior leadership experience preferred. They have a strong working knowledge of BEOs, event logistics, staffing, and banquet execution, and are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized and detail-oriented, they can effectively manage schedules, labor, and post-event financial tracking.

They are a confident, hands-on leader who stays calm under pressure and resolves issues quickly during live events. They communicate clearly and effectively with staff, vendors, and leadership, and bring a collaborative, team-focused approach. Guest experience is a top priority, and they consistently hold themselves and others accountable to high standards. Adaptable and proactive, they are comfortable moving between banquet operations and restaurant support as needed.
