Bell/Valet - Residences Bachelor Gulch
Join the team at Residences at Bachelor Gulch, a boutique fractional ownership property managed by East West Hospitality, tucked into the heart of Bachelor Gulch. We’re searching for enthusiastic Valet/Bell Staff to deliver the first warm welcome our guests experience. Duties Include:
Deliver a warm, seamless arrival experience by assisting guests with luggage handling and valet services.
Provide engaging introductions to the Residence Club, escorting guests to their accommodations and cultivating strong relationships with owners.
Drive shuttles to Vail’s top spots—restaurants, trails, ski lifts—and support special moments like setting up fires for s’mores.
Manage long-term storage and shipping requests with care, accuracy, and professionalism.
Respond promptly to calls and emails, delivering personalized service and meticulous attention to detail to enhance every guest stay.

Schedule: We offer everyone a mixed schedule, flexibility is necessary: 7am-3:00pm, 10am-6:00pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm
Pay Rate: $15.00/ hour plus tips (with gratuities, our Bell team has been known to earn at least $30/hour; you earn based on how hard you work!)

The ideal candidate brings a high school diploma or GED, coupled with two years of hospitality experience, or an equivalent mix of education and training. With a strong foundation in hospitality principles and practices, they're also tech-savvy, proficient in software applications like Microsoft Office Suite, Opera PMS, and Alice. Exceptional customer service skills are a must, alongside a keen command of written English for polished emails and texts. A knack for engaging with diverse individuals, whether over the phone, via email, or in person, is essential. Familiarity with area events and club amenities is a big plus, and candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds to assist guests as needed.
