Bell/Valet

Join the team at Residences at Bachelor Gulch, a boutique fractional ownership property managed by East West Hospitality, nestled in the heart of Bachelor Gulch. We’re seeking enthusiastic Valet/Bell Staff be the first warm welcome for our guests! Build lasting connections while enjoying a dynamic, fast-paced work environment with flexible ski-season schedules and the chance to earn up to $30/hour with tips. Duties Include:

• Provide a warm welcome, assisting guests with luggage and valet services for smooth arrivals.
• Offer engaging introductions to the Residence Club and guide guests to their accommodations while fostering strong relationships with owners.
• Drive shuttles to Vail’s top destinations, including restaurants, trails, and ski lifts, and assist with special experiences like setting up fires for s’mores.
• Manage long-term storage and shipping requests with professionalism and care.
• Handle calls and emails promptly, delivering personalized service and meticulous attention to detail to elevate the guest experience.

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Schedule: We offer everyone a mixed schedule, flexibility is necessary: 7am-3:00pm, 10am-6:00pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm

Pay Rate: $15.00/ hour plus tips (with gratuities, our Bell team has been known to earn at least $30/hour; you earn based on how hard you work!)

We’re looking for a hospitality pro with a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of experience—or equivalent training. You’re tech-savvy with skills in Microsoft Office, Opera PMS, and Alice, and excel at delivering top-notch service with clear, polished communication. A natural at connecting with diverse guests in person, over the phone, or via email, you’re familiar with local events and amenities, hold a clean driver’s record, and can lift up to 100 pounds when needed.
