What You’ll Do:

• Set the Stage: Prepare, maintain, and replenish a well-stocked and visually appealing breakfast buffet, ensuring every dish meets temperature and presentation standards.
• Create a Welcoming Atmosphere: Assist guests with questions, requests, and dietary needs, ensuring every interaction is friendly and accommodating.
• Stay Organized: Keep the buffet area clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Team Up: Coordinate with the kitchen for timely replenishments and seamless service.
• Wrap It Up: Break down and thoroughly clean the buffet area after service, leaving it ready for the next day.

Employment Type: Full and Part Time, Seasonal

Pay Rate: $17/hour + tips

Schedule: 6:30am - 11:00am

We’re looking for a dependable and proactive candidate with a background in food service or hospitality (preferred) and a strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and buffet presentation. Ideal candidates will have excellent attention to detail, strong time management, and multitasking abilities, all while keeping the buffet clean and appealing. A friendly, approachable demeanor and top-notch customer service skills are essential, as is the ability to anticipate guests' needs with a proactive approach. Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.
