Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate is seeking a highly organized, client-focused Broker Services Coordinator to support our Snowmass Village office. In this role, you’ll work alongside top-producing brokers, help bring multimillion-dollar listings to market, and play a key role in delivering an exceptional client and office experience.
This is a dynamic, relationship-driven position ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, polished presentation, and being at the hub of a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do
Broker & Client Experience
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Support brokers with showings, scheduling, and client communications
- Help ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for buyers and sellers
Listings & Marketing Coordination
- Assist with listing launches, marketing collateral, and MLS input
- Coordinate photography, brochures, and digital marketing materials
- Maintain accuracy across listing platforms and office displays
Office Operations
- Keep the office running smoothly day to day
- Manage supplies, vendor coordination, and general organization
- Support office meetings and special events as needed
A Day in the Life
You might start your morning preparing materials for a new luxury listing, coordinate weekend showing logistics for visiting clients, collaborate with marketing on a property launch, and help welcome buyers experiencing Snowmass for the first time.
No two days look exactly the same — but each plays a role in supporting one of the valley’s most respected real estate teams.
What You Bring
- 1–2+ years of experience in administration, hospitality, marketing, or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfort with technology, Microsoft Office, and learning new marketing software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A polished, professional presence
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Real estate experience is helpful but not required — we’re happy to train the right person with the right mindset and service orientation.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
Our office occasionally hosts client or community events outside standard hours, so some flexibility for evenings or weekends is appreciated.
Start Date: We are aiming for a start date of April 1, 2026, but can be flexible +/- a month for the right candidate.
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Pay: $26 – $29/hour, depending on experience
