In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our brokers with marketing and administrative tasks, helping ensure the smooth operation of our fast-paced offices throughout Summit County, CO.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the face of the office: greet visitors, answer phones, and support brokers with scheduling, showings, and client service.
- Assist with marketing: prepare listing materials, ads, and use platforms like Matrix MLS, BoldTrail CRM, and Marq/Canva.
- Keep daily operations running smoothly: maintain an organized office, support events, help with reporting, vendor coordination, and meetings.
- Jump in where needed — this is a collaborative, fast-paced role where no two days are the same
Location: On-site at various Summit County offices
Pay Rate: $24 -$26 / hour + Quarterly Bonus potential based on performance
Schedule: On-Call Role – Must be ready to jump in for weekend shifts and join the fun during holiday events!
