Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate is seeking a Broker Services Coordinator to join our Beaver Creek office. This full-time position works Sunday through Thursday and is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others succeed, loves variety in their work, and is interested in learning the real estate business from the inside.

About the Role:

Broker Services Coordinators play an important role in supporting our brokers, clients, and offices through a unique blend of customer service, marketing, and operations. This position offers the opportunity to learn many aspects of the real estate business while working alongside some of the industry's top professionals. It's a great fit for someone interested in learning how a successful real estate brokerage operates and building valuable industry knowledge along the way.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Partnering with brokers to create listing presentations, postcards, advertisements, email campaigns, and other marketing materials
  • Entering and maintaining property listings in the MLS
  • Running property searches, preparing materials, and coordinating showings for brokers
  • Supporting CRM efforts by assisting with campaigns, maintaining contacts, and customizing dashboards
  • Helping coordinate property-related needs and vendor communication on behalf of brokers
  • Serving as a welcoming first point of contact for clients, brokers, and visitors
  • Supporting daily office operations, including answering phones, managing mail, ordering supplies, and maintaining office appearance

Pay: $24- $26 / hour + Quarterly Bonus Potential

Location: On-site in our St. James Place Office in Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round, 9am - 5pm, Sunday - Thursday
