Ready to turn mountain moments into must-see content? Viceroy Snowmass, in partnership with Stratos Residential Collection, is looking for a creative, digitally fluent Content Creator to bring our brands to life through dynamic photo and video storytelling. From capturing elevated guest experiences to showcasing stunning real estate and the lifestyle of Snowmass and the Roaring Fork Valley, you’ll create real-time, scroll-stopping content that drives engagement and builds buzz. This is a hands-on, on-property role for someone who thrives behind the camera, thinks like a social strategist, and knows how to turn everyday moments into compelling brand stories!

Duties Include:

• Capture and produce short-form video (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) on a consistent basis
• Shoot and edit lifestyle photography highlighting hotel experiences, residences, amenities, dining, activities and events
• Develop and execute content that reflects both Viceroy Snowmass and Stratos Residential Collection brand standards
• Create “day-in-the-life,” behind-the-scenes, and experiential content that brings the properties and Snowmass area to life

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $75,000 to $85,000 DOE

Schedule: Varies dependent on activations on property and in the area

Our standout candidate for this year-round position is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a defined end date. They are naturally curious, highly organized, and an exceptional communicator with a sharp eye for detail—someone who can juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat. They bring 3–5 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (ideally within hospitality or lifestyle), along with strong proficiency in photo and video editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut. Comfortable behind both a camera and a phone, they consistently capture high-quality, on-brand content and pair it with a deep understanding of social platforms, trends, and best practices to drive meaningful engagement.
