Duties Include:
This role supports multiple stations with strong prep, cooking, and execution skills. You’ll prepare high-quality dishes to exact specifications, manage daily prep and production, rotate and maintain station inventory, and uphold strict sanitation standards in accordance with health codes. Additional responsibilities include ensuring consistent presentation, assisting with batch production, supporting accurate ingredient rotation, and collaborating with the culinary team to keep service flowing seamlessly.
