Custodian & Maintenance Assistant - Oxford Court

Looking for a role where no two days are exactly the same? Oxford Court is seeking a Custodian & Maintenance Assistant to help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and overall condition of our residential property. This hands-on position combines indoor custodial responsibilities with outdoor grounds care, seasonal projects, and facility support, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and values a job that keeps them active throughout the day.

Working in a beautiful mountain setting, you'll help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for homeowners, guests, and residents while supporting the daily operations of the property year-round.

Duties Include:

• Maintain shared interior spaces throughout the property, including corridors, elevators, common rooms, fitness facilities, parking areas, and administrative offices.
• Assist with groundskeeping and seasonal outdoor projects to help preserve the property's appearance during spring, summer, and fall.
• Perform snow clearing and ice mitigation tasks during winter to support safe access around the building and surrounding walkways.
• Care for exterior amenities and recreational spaces, including pool and spa areas, outdoor furnishings, and gathering spaces.
• Support routine building upkeep by assisting the Building Engineer with basic repairs, preventative maintenance tasks, and property improvement projects.

Location: Oxford Court - Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Year Round

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24/ hour; signing bonus paid $250 after 30 days and $250 after 90 days.

Schedule: Flexible hours, typically Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Must be available to work some weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date and brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a willingness to support a variety of indoor and outdoor property responsibilities. Previous housekeeping, gardening, landscaping, or general maintenance experience is preferred.

• Professional in appearance, communication, and overall presentation
• Comfortable performing physically active work, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Spoken English required; bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
