Director of Sales Operations INTERNAL CANDIDATES ONLY
The Director of Sales Operations is a position that works across all East West Hospitality (EWH) rental markets including Colorado, California, Utah and Hawaii, as well as potential future markets. It is responsible for developing and executing Travel Trade, Group Broker, and perspective Owner marketing and communications strategies to increase client engagement, maximize inventory acquisition, and grow revenue generation. The role requires a deep understanding of client behavior, data analysis, and business strategy development. The Director utilizes systematic selling resources/software and collaborates with a team of sales and business development leaders to ensure that all initiatives are executed effectively, efficiently, and within budget.

Pay Rate: 80k/100k year DOE Eligible for Bonus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement client relationship management platform utilizing systematic selling strategies for sales and business development leaders across all destinations.
- Champion the development and maintenance client/partner database management system to improve the accuracy and relevance of client information.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights that can be used to inform and develop strategies and initiatives.
- Assist VP of Sales in monthly KPI reporting to establish and maximize ROSI.
- Collaborate with sales & business development leaders to develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels to increase client engagement and optimize results.
- Stay up to date with emerging industry trends and make recommendations for new initiatives
- Provide quality assurance to ensure that assets are on brand and aligned with EWH Corporate marketing standards/templates.
- Support acquisition and retention of rental inventory through owner and broker marketing and communications efforts
- Oversee pipeline sales to grow revenue production in the group sales and travel trade segment
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality or related field
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in hospitality marketing and sales or related field
- Experience directly with EWH strongly preferred
Skills:
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful client relationship management strategies
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and successfully across multiple, logistically separated, markets
- Proven marketing and business acumen and ability to communicate across various platforms and mediums
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and outside of the box
