The Aspen Mountain Residences, located in Aspen, CO is looking for an Engineer to join our team. If you enjoy working as a part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!

Duties Include:

  • General Building Maintenance
  • Boiler Checks
  • Pool Checks
  • Light bulb changing in common area
  • In room maintenance
  • Cleaning and Organizing
  • PM Checks
  • VIP Checks
  • Respond to guest calls and colleague needs
  • Respond to emergency situation
  • Maintain the property
  • Work on restaurant equipment
  • Other duties as assigned

Location: The Aspen Mountain Residences, Managed by East West Hospitality - Aspen, CO

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $28-$29/ hour

Schedule: Flexiable Scheduel

Minimum Requirements 
  • High School Diploma and/or Trade School Certification preferred but not required.
  • 1-2 years technical training or equivalent maintenance / hospitality experience
  • Bilingual helpful but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Ability to track and allocate time correctly.
  • CPO certification preferred but not required.
