Engineer II - EWH Beaver Creek Engineering

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Engineer II to join our team at a leading property management company. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine and emergency maintenance across a portfolio of residential or commercial properties. Key duties include troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems, conducting property inspections, ensuring safety compliance, and responding to service requests in a timely and professional manner. The ideal internal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in general building maintenance.

Duties Include:

In this role, you’ll handle a variety of maintenance tasks including HVAC and plumbing repairs, responding to guest room requests through ALICE, and performing hot tub checks, repairs, and water chemistry maintenance.

Start Date: 3/16/2026

Employment Type: Full Time Year Round

Pay Rate: $25-$35/hour, DOE

Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hour shifts

Additionally, they are legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date. Our ideal candidate brings 3+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance or trades, with strong technical skills in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems. Proficient with tools, digital work order platforms, and documentation, you excel at troubleshooting, managing multiple tasks, and delivering high-quality, safe repairs. Reliable, adaptable, and customer-focused, you communicate clearly, work well with teams, and take pride in maintaining properties to the highest standards. English is required, and additional language skills are a plus.
