Engineering I - Building Maintenance Technician
As an Engineer I, you will be responding to a wide array of engineering needs and interacting directly with guests. You will be responsible for day to day operations of the resort such as keeping the interior and exterior of all buildings clean, orderly, and well maintained.
Duties to include, but are not limited to, responding to guest room calls, performing preventive maintenance, minor plumbing and electrical repair, painting, carpentry, snow removal, maintaining inventory and other duties assigned by the Engineering Director or supervisor. You will follow all company, safety, and security policies; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents and/or injuries to management immediately. Promote at all times a cooperative and problem solving atmosphere. Conduct all business in a professional and courteous manner. Must also honor and adhere to the following hospitality top 10’s at all times.

Location: Grand Summit Resort - Park City, Utah
Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Two to three years general maintenance experience including general construction, plumbing and electrical preferably in a hospitality setting; be able to lift and carry heavy items; ability to work outside in all weather conditions; able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays; Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance. Move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Enter and locate work-related information using computers. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested; must be able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English. CPO preferred.
