Executive Housekeeper
The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the overall supervision of housekeeping operations, staff, and vendors for private residences, homeowner association common areas, and fitness centers.
Major Duties
Staff Management
- Hire and terminate housekeeping staff for residential and common areas.
- Maintain paperwork for Human Resources.
- Manage employee performance, behavior issues, and staff actions.
- Manage employee hours and overtime.
- Complete payroll and timesheet review.
- Manage all HOA and property management housekeeping employees, as well as third-party vendors contracted to provide housekeeping-related services.
- Coordinate uniform ordering and maintenance.
- Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary action when needed.
- Update and maintain all housekeeping procedures.
- Manage efficiency and cost of housekeeping services and materials.
Housekeeping – Residences
- Continuously update and implement daily cleaning procedures.
- Continuously update and implement training procedures for lead and line staff.
- Continuously update and implement deep-clean procedures and schedules for all operational departments.
- Create annual estimates and schedule outside vendors for services.
- Perform quality inspections to verify housekeeping service levels.
- Create daily service schedules.
- Create daily and weekly forecasts for services needed.
- Book special requests as work orders for homeowner service requests.
- Serve as liaison to Private Residence Club Concierge Hosts for housekeeping services.
- Track time spent and bill owners and departments through IQWare.
- Verify vendor invoices and approve for payment.
- Run and maintain open work orders through IQWare reports.
- Receive invoices and bill for annual deep-cleaning services.
- Liaise with the Owner Services Manager on housekeeping issues affecting rental guests.
- Maintain dry-cleaning logs and post charges.
- Maintain carpet-cleaning logs and coordinate vendor services.
- Perform final review of completed work orders daily.
- Order and maintain cleaning supplies and room supplies.
- Ensure housekeeping linens and housewares are organized and maintained daily.
Housekeeping – Association
- Direct and supervise cleaning of interior public areas for condominium associations managed by East West Hospitality.
- Order cleaning supplies and maintain inventory for association cleaning.
- Provide direction, coordination, and evaluation of association housekeeping staff.
- Schedule daily in-room housekeeping and arrival warm-ups.
- Create schedules two weeks in advance and post for viewing.
- Post daily work assignments one week in advance while considering budget requirements.
- Conduct spot checks of common areas four times per week.
Inventory Control
- Maintain current inventory listings.
- Order supplies as necessary.
- Maintain a purchase order system and verify receipts against purchase orders.
- Bill appropriate guests and homeowners and verify running balances.
- Maintain an ongoing missing-items log and coordinate replacements.
- Complete monthly inventory counts to verify balances.
- Update IQWare work orders to bill materials as needed.
- Charge homeowners for damaged or missing housewares.
- Coordinate warranty claims and product returns with vendors.
Homeowner Services
- Assist with monthly owner statements.
- Review Owner Services questions and make changes prior to month-end close.
- Receive, research, and respond to homeowner billing inquiries.
- Facilitate linen and duvet program installations.
- Facilitate housewares installations.
- Assist with homeowner arrivals when possible.
Other Duties
Perform additional duties and special projects as requested and/or assigned.
Because of the fluctuating demands of the operation, employees may be required to perform a variety of duties outside those specifically listed above and assist other departments when needed.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous computer experience and typing skills required.
- Ability to work well under pressure and be self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong listening and telephone skills.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment including a computer, printer, copier, calculator, telephone, and other office tools.

Pay Range: $85K – $105K annually DOE
