Executive Housekeeping Supervisor - The Lion

Step into a leadership role at The Lion, where elevated design meets exceptional service. We’re seeking an accomplished Housekeeping Supervisor to help set the standard for immaculate spaces and thoughtful guest experiences in our high-end luxury hotel. This role is ideal for a detail-driven leader who takes pride in refined presentation, understands the nuances of luxury hospitality, and knows how to motivate a team to deliver excellence—every room, every stay.

Duties Include:

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and readiness

• Lead, train, and inspire housekeeping associates while promoting professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence

• Conduct regular room inspections to ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and quality expectations

• Manage staffing, room assignments, and productivity to align with occupancy levels and operational needs

• Partner with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry teams while maintaining inventory controls and upholding all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Location: Vail, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round.

Compensation: $26 - $28/hour, hiring bonus paid half after 30 days with the other half after 60 days from the start date.

Schedule: Full time, approximately 40 hours/week.

The successful candidate will be an internal candidate that is at least 21 years of age. They bring 2–3 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping, ideally within a luxury or upscale hotel environment, along with an exceptional eye for detail and a genuine commitment to service excellence. This role requires a confident leader who can train, coach, and evaluate team members effectively, adapt to a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays, and apply a working knowledge of housekeeping systems and elevated service standards.
