a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our diverse restaurant and bar operations while elevating service, team performance, and guest satisfaction. Duties Include:
- Driving daily operations across multiple dining venues to deliver exceptional service, memorable guest experiences, and operational excellence
- Recruiting, coaching, and developing team members while fostering a culture built on engagement, accountability, and hospitality
- Identifying opportunities to enhance service standards, improve efficiencies, and elevate overall guest satisfaction
- Ensuring dining, bar, and back-of-house areas are maintained to the highest standards through proactive oversight and coordination
- Partnering with culinary and resort leadership teams to achieve financial goals through strategic planning, revenue growth, and expense management

Pay Range: $67,000 - $70,000 / year, plus annual bonus potential
Schedule: Flexible schedule. Must be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.

The ideal candidate for this year-round position is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date. They are at least 21 years of age and have at least four years of progressive experience in the food and beverage industry, including a minimum of two years in a management role. A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, or Culinary Management is preferred. Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and exceptional organizational abilities are essential. Most importantly, this candidate brings a genuine passion for creating and personalizing memorable guest experiences.
