Viceroy Snowmass, located in Snowmass Village, CO is looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. If you enjoy working as a part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!

Duties Include:

As directed by the Food & Beverage Manager to manage the efficient running of the food and beverage operations to include but not exclusive to Toro Restaurant, Nest Bar and Grill, Café V and Room Service.  Ensure adherence to company health and food safety standards as well as compliance of food handling laws of Colorado.  To ensure that Food and Beverage services meet and exceed customer expectations.

Operations

• Enforce performance standards, policies and procedures in Food & Beverage
• Responsible for complying with all food and beverage health, liquor and safety regulations and all local applicable laws
• Ensure the Food & Beverage floor operations are run in a smooth, efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Responsible for listening to, evaluating and assuring control of customer grievances in the absence of the Director or Assistant Director of Food & Beverage
• Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff.
• Schedule shifts and delegate tasks efficiently.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Location: Viceroy Snowmass - Snowmass Village, CO

Start Date: November 15th 2025

Employment Type: Full Time Year Round

Schedule: Flexible schedule, weekends and holidays required

Pay Rate: $70,000 - $80,000
