Food and Beverage Supervisor

Viceroy Snowmass, located in Snowmass Village, CO is looking for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. If you enjoy working as a part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!

Duties Include:

As directed by the Food & Beverage Manager to manage the efficient running of the food and beverage operations to include but not exclusive to Toro Restaurant, Nest Bar and Grill, Café V and Room Service.  Ensure adherence to company health and food safety standards as well as compliance of food handling laws of Colorado.  To ensure that Food and Beverage services meet and exceed customer expectations.

Operations

• Enforce performance standards, policies and procedures in Food & Beverage
• Responsible for complying with all food and beverage health, liquor and safety regulations and all local applicable laws
• Ensure the Food & Beverage floor operations are run in a smooth, efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Responsible for listening to, evaluating and assuring control of customer grievances in the absence of the Director of Food & Beverage or Food & Beverage Manager
• Each colleague is expected to carry out all reasonable requests by management which the colleague is capable of performing.
• Maintain service standards in all outlets.
• Maintain standards of Viceroy’s personal grooming habits. 
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of all menus.
• Ability to demonstrate basic to advanced knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Ability to openly communicate respectfully with kitchen.
• Communicate frequently and consistently with other members of the team and other colleagues during service.
• Perform all duties in a professional manner, both when dealing with guests and with other colleagues.
• Practice teamwork when interacting with all departments in the hotel.
• Understand and demonstrate the concept of making customers. Have an awareness of customer problems and potential problems.
• Perform additional duties as requested by management.

Start Date: December 1st 2025

Employment Type: Full Time, Year-Round

Schedule: Flexible schedule, weekends and holidays required

Pay Rate: $24 / hour
