Front Desk Agent - Falcon Point
Falcon Point is a 59-unit Vacation Ownership resort nestled beside the scenic Nottingham Lake in the heart of Avon, Colorado. We are seeking a motivated, customer service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about hospitality. As part of our dedicated team, you'll help create memorable stays for owners and guests alike in one of Colorado's most beautiful mountain communities!
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of RDP reservation software, and strong computer skills
- Check guests in and out of residences, handling guest’s requests
- Responding to guest maintenance and housekeeping needs
- Act as concierge

Pay Rate: $22/hour (commission potential through concierge program)
Schedule: Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends depending on business needs required

The ideal candidate for this role brings a positive attitude, polished professionalism, and a natural talent for customer service. They are confident and capable at the front desk, preferably with prior hospitality experience and working knowledge of RDP reservation software. Strong computer skills are essential, along with fluency in English to ensure clear communication with guests and team members; Spanish language skills are a valued plus. Above all, this person is approachable, reliable, and committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
