Front Desk Agent - Falcon Point
Falcon Point is looking for an upbeat and dependable Guest Services Associate to help deliver exceptional experiences from the moment guests arrive through departure. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building connections, staying organized in a fast-paced setting, and being part of a collaborative mountain resort team.
As the first point of contact for owners and travelers, you’ll play an important role in creating welcoming experiences while supporting the day-to-day front office operation. From coordinating guest requests to sharing insider tips on the Vail Valley, no two days are exactly the same.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests and owners with efficient arrivals and departures while delivering attentive, personalized service
- Navigate reservation and property management systems with accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Partner closely with housekeeping and engineering teams to ensure guest needs are handled quickly and professionally
- Answer questions, resolve concerns, and provide thoughtful recommendations for dining, recreation, and local attractions
- Maintain a polished and organized front desk environment that reflects the hospitality standards of the property

Employment Type: Full-Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $21 - $22/hour (commission potential through concierge program)
Schedule: 5 shifts in a 40 hour workweek. Days, nights and weekends are possible.

The ideal candidate for this role is at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date. They bring a positive attitude, polished professionalism, and a natural talent for customer service. They are confident and capable at the front desk, preferably with prior hospitality experience and working knowledge of RDP reservation software. Strong computer skills are essential, along with fluency in English to ensure clear communication with guests and team members; Spanish language skills are a valued plus. Above all, this person is approachable, reliable, and committed to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
