Front Desk Agent - Frontgate

Frontgate | Avon is seeking a Frontgate Ambassador to deliver exceptional guest service, front desk operations, and hospitality experiences in a luxury resort environment. If you enjoy creating memorable stays, building genuine guest relationships, and being the welcoming face of the property, this role is for you.

In this position, you will be responsible for check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest services support, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and warmth. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for guests and owners, helping to resolve issues quickly and elevate the overall experience.

Duties Include:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional, friendly manner, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Manage guest check-in, check-out, and reservation processing accurately and efficiently
  • Provide responsive customer service, addressing guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to ensure timely communication and resolution of guest needs
  • Handle mail, packages, and front desk administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining records
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby environment at all times
  • Support overall property operations and guest satisfaction initiatives

Location: Frontgate | Avon, CO

Start Date: As Soon As Possible

Employment Type: Full-Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $23-25/hour, depending on experience. Hiring bonus paid half after 30 days and half after 90 days.

Schedule: 9:00am - 5:30pm or 8:00am - 4:30pm or 10:00am - 6:30pm with 2 consecutive days off

The ideal candidate for this year-round opportunity is authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a set end date, and is at least 21 years of age. They bring strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a keen attention to detail, paired with the cultural awareness and adaptability needed to thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment. A collaborative team player, they are also comfortable navigating Microsoft Office and other computer systems, with experience in Property Management Systems to support seamless daily operations.
