Lodge Tower is on the lookout for a Front Desk Associate where you'll be the first impression of our organization, creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every guest, client, or visitor. This role blends customer service, communication, and problem-solving to ensure daily operations run smoothly while building positive relationships and representing our brand with professionalism and warmth. Duties include:
- Deliver a warm, professional first impression by welcoming guests and maintaining an organized front desk environment
- Manage all front desk communications, including phone calls, emails, and directing inquiries to the appropriate contacts
- Oversee guest flow and scheduling, including check-in/check-out processes, appointments, and reservations
- Provide accurate information while handling guest inquiries, concerns, and ensuring a positive overall experience
- Support daily operations through administrative tasks, payment processing, and coordination with internal teams

Pay Rate: $22/hour + the opportunity to earn commissions!
Schedule: 7:00am - 3:00pm or 3:00pm - 11:00pm
