Front Desk Agent - One Riverfront

As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the warm welcome and friendly face our guests look forward to seeing, as well as a trusted resource for our homeowners and associations. This full-time, year-round position plays a key role in assisting with the management of our Homecare and Rental Program contracts and supporting our Homeowners Associations. You’ll provide a variety of personalized services, from answering questions and solving problems to ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and love creating positive experiences, we’d love to have you at the heart of our hotel operations.
What You’ll Do:
Fulfill owner, guest, and renter service requests, coordinating with Property Management, Engineering, and vendors as needed.
Conduct thorough arrival, departure, and routine property inspections, documenting and addressing issues promptly.
Manage timely delivery of packages, special orders, and rental items, ensuring proper handling for both in-residence and rental-program owners.
Provide area knowledge, concierge-style recommendations, and front desk support to enhance the guest and owner experience.
Oversee check-ins/check-outs, process payments, complete administrative tasks, and maintain safety and security standards.
Location: One Riverfront Townhomes in Avon, CO
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full-Time Year-Round
Pay: $24 - $26/hour
Schedule: 9:00 - 5:30, weekends required in summer and winter seasons

The successful candidate will:
Present a professional appearance and demeanor, with strong attention to detail, reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work well with others.
Enjoy interacting with people and have proven customer service experience; a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing; good vision and hearing (with correction if needed).
Comfortably use computers, telephones, and other standard office equipment; must hold a valid Colorado driver’s license.
Maintain a cooperative, courteous, and safety-focused approach, arriving ready to work and committed to delivering the best possible service to guests and owners.
