Front Desk Concierge - The Lion - Full Time Year round

Join our close-knit team as a Front Desk Concierge at The Lion, our boutique property in the heart of Lionshead Village, managed by East West Hospitality! We’re looking for a reliable, organized professional to take charge of Front Desk responsibilities while partnering with Engineering and Housekeeping to ensure a seamless guest experience. This role offers the perfect balance—some time at the desk and some time away, completing unit inspections—so you’re not tied down to repetitive tasks all day. You’ll also have the exciting opportunity to assist owners with Concierge services, opening the door to commission-based earnings. Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests and owners
• Checking guests in an out while assisting with luggage and property tours
• Assisting guests and owners with concierge requests such and restaurant reservations, activities, transportation, and housekeeping requests

Location: The Lion, Managed by East West Hospitality - Vail, CO 

Employment Status: Full Time Year Round

Start Date: 3/16/2026

Pay Rate: $23 / hour + commissions and any tips earned! Annual 10% bonus based on performance!

Schedule: Four 10 hour shifts, 8:00am - 6:00pm

Posting Closing Date: 3/7/2026 or when filled

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date
• One year of guest service experience 
• Excellent guest service skills
