Front Desk Concierge - The Lion

Become a part of our dedicated team at The Lion, a boutique property in Lionshead Village managed by East West Hospitality. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Front Desk Concierge to support smooth daily operations and create memorable guest and owner experiences. In this versatile position, you’ll balance front desk duties with property inspections, keeping each day varied and engaging. You’ll also assist owners with personalized concierge services—an opportunity that can lead to additional commission-based income. Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests and owners
• Checking guests in an out while assisting with luggage and property tours
• Assisting guests and owners with concierge requests such and restaurant reservations, activities, transportation, and housekeeping requests

Location: The Lion, Managed by East West Hospitality - Vail, CO 

Employment Status: Full Time Year Round and Seasonal 

Start Date: 11/1/2025, Flexible

Pay Rate: $23 / hour + commissions and any tips earned! Annual 10% bonus based on performance!

Schedule: Flexible mix of AM (7:30am-3:30pm) and PM (1:00pm-9:00pm) shifts.

Posting Closing Date: 11/25/2025 (or until filled)

• One year of guest service experience 
• Excellent guest service skills
