Front Desk Concierge - The Lion
Join our close-knit team as a Front Desk Concierge at The Lion! As a Front Desk Concierge, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through a combination of front desk operations, property support, and personalized concierge services. This position offers a unique blend of guest interaction and on-property responsibilities, creating a dynamic workday with plenty of variety. You'll also have the opportunity to earn additional commission income by assisting owners and guests with concierge arrangements. Responsibilities Include:
- Welcome and assist guests and owners throughout their stay.
- Manage arrival and departure experiences, including check-in, check-out, luggage assistance, and property orientation tours.
- Coordinate concierge services such as dining reservations, local activities, transportation arrangements, and housekeeping requests.
Location: The Lion, Managed by East West Hospitality - Vail, CO
Employment Status: Part Time Seasonal
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $23 / hour + commissions and any tips earned!
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays

- One year of guest service experience
- Excellent guest service skills
