Duties Include:
- Guide and support all guest arrivals and departures, delivering a seamless, welcoming experience at every interaction.
- Direct daily front desk operations, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and clear communication across guest services.
- Manage the organization and workflow of the mail room and supporting administrative tasks.
- Assist with maintaining the pool area’s appearance and readiness, upholding the lodge’s high standards.
- Handle guest needs and special requests with speed, care, and professionalism, combining operational know-how with genuine connection.

Location: Highlands Lodge
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Schedule: Afternoon/Evening shifts, 8-10 hours per day between 1pm - 9pm
Pay Rate: $23 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus tips
