At St. James Place in Beaver Creek, we’re looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to step into a hands-on leadership role at the center of the guest and owner experience. Acting as the bridge between Front Desk Agents and management, you’ll lead daily operations, support team development, and ensure every interaction reflects the elevated standards of East West Hospitality.

This is not a back-office role—you’ll be on the desk, in the action, guiding the team in real time, resolving complex guest situations, and setting the tone for service. Duties Include:

  • Lead Front Desk operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and overall guest flow; act as Manager on Duty as needed
  • Serve as the escalation point for guest and owner concerns, resolving issues quickly while enhancing the overall experience
  • Ensure accuracy in reservations, billing, room assignments, and guest communications
  • Drive consistency by upholding policies, standards, and daily accountability, including scheduling support and task delegation
  • Partner cross-departmentally with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Reservations to ensure seamless operations and communication

Start Date: 6/1/2026

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $25/hour

Schedule: Full time hours, schedule based on operational need.

Our ideal candidate brings prior front desk or hospitality leadership experience (supervisor, lead, or manager level preferred) and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. They are detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask and prioritize with confidence. A strong communicator and decision-maker, they handle guest interactions and conflict resolution with professionalism and ease. Experience in resort or luxury hospitality is preferred, along with familiarity with property management systems such as Track or TimeshareWare and a solid understanding of hotel operations.
