Front Desk Supervisor
Job Summary
The Front Desk Supervisor supports the Guest Services Manager in overseeing daily front desk operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role leads front desk agents, manages shift operations, and ensures efficient check-in/check-out processes while maintaining high service standards. The Front Desk Supervisor acts as the primary point of contact for guest concerns during their shift and models hospitality excellence at all times.
Front Desk Operations
- Oversee daily front desk activities, including check-in, check-out, and reservations
- Ensure smooth shift transitions and proper desk coverage
- Monitor room status, availability, and guest requests in coordination with housekeeping
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts, billing, and payment processing
Guest Experience
- Deliver and model exceptional hospitality and service standards
- Handle escalated guest concerns, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve service issues
- Ensure VIP and repeat guests receive personalized service
Team Leadership
- Supervise, coach, and support front desk agents during assigned shifts
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
- Provide real-time feedback to improve performance and service delivery
- Support employee engagement and maintain a positive team environment
Administrative & Reporting
- Assist the Guest Services Manager with scheduling and daily reporting
- Complete shift reports, including incidents, guest feedback, and operational updates
- Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and audit standards
Compliance & Standards
- Enforce brand standards, policies, and procedures
- Ensure adherence to safety, security, and emergency protocols
Location: Viceroy Snowmass - Snowmass Village, CO
Start Date: December 5th
Employment Type: Full Time, Seasonal
Schedule: Flexible schedule, weekends and holidays required
Pay Rate: $30 / hour

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Hospitality or related degree preferred)
- 2–4 years of front desk or guest services experience in hospitality
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred

- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Excellent guest service and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of property management systems (PMS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
