Group Reservations Coordinator - Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa
The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is hiring a Group Reservations Coordinator! We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives on working closely with groups and guests every day. You’ll be the friendly voice on the phone and the expert responder to email inquiries, guiding customers through their group booking needs with ease and enthusiasm. Duties Include:
Create and manage group room blocks and reservations, ensuring accuracy across all bookings.
Process payments and send confirmation details to customers in a timely manner.
Input and maintain group rooming lists, adjusting room blocks as needed to manage availability.
Support guests with reservation changes, cancellations, and issue resolution.
Maintain organized group records and attend on-site pre-convention meetings to support group coordination.
Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO.

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $23 / hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9a-5p

The ideal candidate is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date. They will have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear interactions with guests and team members. Exceptional customer service skills are essential for creating positive experiences. Requirements include prior customer service experience and data entry experience, a keen attention to detail with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently, and previous work in sales or customer service, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
