Guest Assets & Package Specialist - The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Internal Candidates Only

The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa is seeking a guest service oriented Guest Assets & Package Specialist to join our team! This role is responsible for the organization and coordination of lost and found and overseeing the loading dock for shipping and receiving with the Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa and Westin Mountain Villas, colleagues, guests and owners.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain the loading dock drop-off and pick-up area for appearance, organization, and operational effectiveness.
- Assist guest with all duties associated with parking audits, lost and found, and packages.
- Work well with other departments to exceed guest expectations and perform tasks in a thorough and efficient manner.
- Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Assist other departments as appropriate to ensure a memorable guest experience.
- Ensure awareness and compliance to all company safety and security policies and procedures. Ensure employee and guest safety by proper training and maintenance of equipment and work area.

Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $24 / hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

- Must be a current East West Hospitality employee
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Previous guest service experience required; loss prevention background a plus
- Ability to safely lift and maneuver items up to 150 lbs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Comfortable using technology, including smartphones, computers, and related systems
