Guest Services Agent - Bell/Valet - Solaris Residences

Duties Include:
- Deliver exceptional arrival and departure experiences through valet services, luggage handling, and personalized guest assistance.
- Safely park and retrieve guest and owner vehicles, and provide transportation using company vehicles as needed.
- Manage guest belongings and deliveries, including luggage, parcels, groceries, and outbound shipments.
- Maintain clean, organized front-drive, public, and back-of-house spaces while supporting storage and equipment needs.
- Communicate effectively across departments to fulfill guest requests and uphold property standards with all stakeholders.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Pay Rate: $17.00/ hour + tips and commissions
Schedule: Varies- primarily 7 AM – 3 PM or 3 PM – 11 PM shifts. Flexibility is both offered and required! Ability to work holidays required.

Our ideal candidate is at least 18 years old and brings a strong hospitality mindset with a positive, team-first attitude. They have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and at least one year of service-focused experience, along with a valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record, and the ability to safely operate guest and company vehicles. Calm, dependable, and detail-oriented, they communicate professionally, are comfortable with basic technology, and thrive in a collaborative environment. They take pride in handling guest belongings with care and can meet the physical demands of the role while staying adaptable and ready to support wherever needed.
