Guest Services Agent - The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa

We’re seeking a Guest Service Agent who shines in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and takes genuine pride in making every guest feel valued from the moment they arrive. What You’ll Do:
Greet guests with authentic warmth and professionalism, creating smooth, memorable check-in and check-out experiences.
Answer and manage internal and external calls with efficiency and care, offering prompt, thoughtful support at every turn.
Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service that consistently surprises and delights.
Orchestrate behind-the-scenes excellence by dispatching Service Express Runners and hotel teams via two-way radio.
Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and confidence while maintaining a polished, guest-focused approach.

Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $22/ hour
Schedule: 8hr shifts, 5 days/week, both AM and PM shifts

- Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date
- Previous customer service experience required
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting preferred
