Guest Services Agent - The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa

Bring your energy, positivity and passion to The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa! We’re seeking a Guest Service Agent who shines in a fast-paced, team-focused environment and takes genuine pride in making every guest feel valued from the moment they arrive. What You’ll Do:

  • Greet guests with authentic warmth and professionalism, creating smooth, memorable check-in and check-out experiences.

  • Answer and manage internal and external calls with efficiency and care, offering prompt, thoughtful support at every turn.

  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service that consistently surprises and delights.

  • Orchestrate behind-the-scenes excellence by dispatching Service Express Runners and hotel teams via two-way radio.

  • Handle cash and credit transactions with accuracy and confidence while maintaining a polished, guest-focused approach.

Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $22/ hour 

Schedule: 8hr shifts, 5 days/week, both AM and PM shifts

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting preferred
