Nestled slope-side in the heart of Deer Valley, Utah, Stag Lodge offers ski-in/ski-out convenience, luxury accommodations, and warm mountain hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm and professional service to all guests, owners, and employees at the front desk.
- Master the art of seamless check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform concierge duties, including making restaurant and activity reservations and assisting with special requests.
- Handle credit card transactions and settle guest balances upon departure.
- Offer guests and owners clear directions, helpful information, and thoughtful recommendations.
- Maintain composure and professionalism while managing multiple priorities.
- Support the team with other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Location: Stag Lodge, Deer Valley, UT
Start Date: 12/1/25
Employment Type: Full Time, Seasonal (dates of employment 12/1/2025- 4/19/2026)
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule: Varies, may include evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of the Park City area preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and technology.
- Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented under pressure.
- Self-motivated and team oriented.
