Host - The Charter Steakhouse
The Charter Steakhouse is looking for a full-time Host who can bring the wow factor to every shift! As the first smile our guests see, you’ll set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience—welcoming guests with genuine warmth, coordinating seating with confidence, and keeping the flow of service smooth from start to finish. You’re not just the host; you’re the heartbeat of the evening, making guests feel appreciated from the moment they step through the door.

Duties Include:
Warmly greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating for seamless flow.
Communicate closely with servers and the kitchen to support timely, polished service.
Assist guests with questions, requests, and special accommodations to elevate their experience.
Maintain a clean, organized entrance and dining room to ensure an inviting first impression.
Create a positive, memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.

Employment Type: Full Time, Seasonal
Pay Rate: $20 / hour with tip potential
Schedule: Shifts will include breakfast and dinner, ability to work both shifts in a day with a break between shifts.
Post Closing Date: 12/12/2025 or until filled
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and a friendly demeanor. Previous customer service experience is preferred, along with availability for evening shifts and the ability to stand for extended periods. A high school diploma or equivalent is also preferred.
