Housekeeper - Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa

Help create an exceptional stay experience at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa as a Housekeeper. In this hands-on role, you'll play an important part in maintaining the cleanliness, presentation, and overall readiness of our resort while supporting both guests and fellow team members throughout the property.

We're looking for someone who enjoys staying active, pays close attention to details, and takes pride in keeping shared spaces organized, inviting, and operating smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain guest rooms, residences, hallways, and common areas to established cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Refresh rooms by replacing linens and towels, restocking supplies, and ensuring furnishings and amenities are properly arranged.
• Conduct room checks and communicate maintenance issues, safety concerns, and found items to the appropriate departments.
• Organize housekeeping storage areas, equipment, carts, and inventory to support daily operations.
• Assist with special cleaning projects, room moves, and other operational needs while providing courteous service to guests and owners.

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $20/ hr

Schedule: 5 days per week, scheduled days may vary based on business needs

The ideal candidate is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a specific end date. Previous housekeeping or hotel operations experience preferred. The role requires the ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding, repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Candidates should have knowledge of proper linen handling, waste disposal, safety and sanitation standards, and the ability to operate housekeeping equipment. The ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is essential. Availability for weekends and holidays is required, along with strong reliability, time management skills, accountability, and a positive, professional, team-oriented attitude.
