Housekeeping Coordinator

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Coordinator to oversee all housekeeping operations for our portfolio of luxury condominiums. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This role is crucial for ensuring our condos are consistently in pristine condition, ready for new arrivals, and that all housekeeping tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and distribute daily assignments for the public areas for all assigned condos.
• Coordinate with front desk/maintenance to ensure timely cleaning of newly vacated units and preparation for new arrivals.
• Assign tasks to housekeeping staff based on workload, condo size, and specific guest requests.

• Manage and maintain inventory of all housekeeping supplies, including cleaning products, linens, toiletries, and amenities.
• Place orders for new supplies as needed, ensuring stock levels are always adequate.
• Handle and resolve any guest or owner complaints related to housekeeping in a professional and courteous manner.
• Communicate with guests and owners regarding special requests, additional services, or any unexpected issues.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding guest and owner information.
• Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including cleaning logs, inspection reports, and inventory counts.
• Generate regular reports on housekeeping performance, costs, and key metrics.

Location: Snowmass Mountain Lodging, Managed by East West Hospitality - Snowmass Village, CO

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $26 to $27 an hour 

Schedule: Flexible Schedule, some nights, weekends, and holidays required

Education: High School

• Experience: Proven experience as a Housekeeping Coordinator, Supervisor, or similar role in a hotel, resort, or property management setting, with a strong preference for experience in condo management.  

Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safety procedures.
