Housekeeping Rooms Attendant - The Residences Bachelor Gulch
The Residences Bachelor Gulch, located in the heart of Beaver Creek's Bachelor Gulch, is looking for a Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. If you enjoy working as a part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!
Duties Include:
Cleans guest rooms, club residences, patios, and floors, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, washing walls/ceilings, dusting, polishing, and turning mattresses.
Manages linens by collecting soiled items, restocking clean linens, replenishing amenities, and maintaining organized linen rooms, storage closets, and housekeeping carts.
Operates housekeeping carts and radios safely and professionally while adhering to all safety practices, procedures, and traffic guidelines.
Reports maintenance issues, missing/found items, and any unsafe or hazardous conditions; ensures proper handling and accounting of lost and found.
Assists with lifting, rollaway beds, pull-out sofas, and overall room CARE; contributes to a positive, efficient team environment through courteous communication and collaboration.

Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: Starting at $24 / hour
Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, weekends and overtime may be necessary based on business needs

Our ideal candidate...
Brings at least a 10th-grade education and one year of housekeeping or custodial experience (or equivalent training).
Understands safe and effective cleaning methods, tools, equipment, and basic record-keeping practices.
Performs housekeeping duties with skill and independence while following written and verbal instructions.
Communicates well with individuals from diverse backgrounds and contributes positively to team goals.
Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting up to 40 lbs., and working safely with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and varying conditions.
