Housekeeping Supervisor - St. James Place

We’re seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations, support a dedicated team, and ensure every space reflects the level of care expected in a luxury mountain property. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who values consistency, understands refined hospitality, and takes pride in delivering a flawless guest experience.
Duties Include:
Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and readiness
Lead, train, and inspire housekeeping associates while promoting professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence
Conduct regular room inspections to ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and quality expectations
Manage staffing, room assignments, and productivity to align with occupancy levels and operational needs
Partner with Front Office and Engineering teams while maintaining inventory controls and upholding all health, safety, and sanitation standards

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round.
Compensation: $24 - $25/hour
Schedule: Full time, approximately 40 hours/week.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, with prior lead or supervisory experience preferred. They’ll bring strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and safety standards, along with the ability to lead, train, and motivate a team. This role requires excellent organization, time management, and communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, physical stamina for extended periods of standing and walking, and basic computer skills for scheduling, inspections, and reporting are required.
