Housekeeping Supervisor - The Solaris Residences

Join the Solaris Residences team as a Housekeeping Supervisor, where you’ll lead daily cleaning operations and ensure that guest rooms, individual units, and public areas across the property meet the highest standards of cleanliness, quality, safety, and security. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate closely with the front office and other departments to guarantee total guest satisfaction, while providing hands-on guidance and support to the housekeeping team. You’ll also take on key administrative responsibilities, from training new associates to assisting with hiring. Duties Include:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping department.
Conduct regular inspections of residences, hallways and public spaces to verify quality and maintenance.
Assign daily tasks and areas of responsibility to room attendants and housepersons.
Location: Vail, CO
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round.
Compensation: $25/hour
Schedule: Full time, approximately 40 hours/week.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, previous experience in housekeeping operations, and effective communication abilities.
