Duties Include:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring cleanliness, order, and adherence to company standards.
Train, schedule, and support housekeeping staff to maintain productivity, high service quality, and staff development.
Monitor inventory, order cleaning supplies and equipment, and report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations while maintaining accurate records of cleaning activities and staff attendance.
Respond professionally to guest requests, feedback, and concerns, delivering exceptional service at all times.

Employment Type: Full Time, Seasonal
Compensation: $22/hour
Schedule: 5 days per week, weekends, holidays, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Our ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of housekeeping or hospitality supervision experience and a strong eye for detail. You’re a natural leader who can train, schedule, and motivate a team while maintaining top-tier cleanliness and safety standards. Organized, reliable, and adaptable, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and solve problems with ease. Physical stamina, a positive attitude, and professionalism are a must, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
