Housekeeping Supervisor

Duties Include:
Supervise and support a team of 8–10 housekeeping professionals, ensuring quality, safety, and company standards are met.
Train, coach, and motivate staff while managing daily task assignments and room inspections.
Organize workloads, distribute keys and assignments, and communicate guest requests effectively.
Inspect guest rooms and common areas daily, confirming units are guest-ready and pristine.
Participate in new employee onboarding, attend team meetings, and recommend service improvements to enhance operations.

Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round.
Compensation: $23/hour
Schedule: Full time, approximately 40 hours/week.

Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but we are open to providing training for the right candidate.
